A live workshop · Sturbridge, Massachusetts
A morning for women ready to hit pause, breathe, and reconnect.
Spots are limited to keep the room intimate.
Why this morning
Steps you never chose. A role you fell into. A story that plays on repeat whether or not it still fits. Most of us can feel it, and most of us keep dancing anyway, because stopping long enough to notice is its own kind of work.
This is a few hours off that stage. Personal storytelling, guided movement, and honest self-reflection, in a room of women doing the same thing at the same time.
No performance. No perfect choreography. Just women, in a room, rewriting the steps together.
What you’ll walk away with
01
Time away from the noise, with no one needing anything from you for a few hours.
02
A room of women who understand the thing you have been carrying without being told.
03
The same facts, looked at from a different seat, tend to read differently.
04
Words that work when you get home and have to say something out loud.
05
A tangible piece of writing you make yourself and take with you.
How the morning unfolds
Arrive & Connect
Registration, name tags, light food and beverages. Come early enough to say hello to someone before we start.
Find Your Place
We sit in a horseshoe. Bring your own yoga mat if you like the floor, or take a chair. Both work.
Story & Movement
Tracy tells her story first. Kathy follows with hers, and it moves into partner dance.
Breathe & Feel
A guided breath transition, a partner activity, and some unscripted playtime. Yes, actual play.
Find Your Words
Kathy leads a guided “I feel, I need” practice. This is the part people tell us they use the following week.
Close the Chapter, Open the Next
Tracy closes with a written piece. You leave with it.
Doors close at 1:00 PM. Plan to stay for the full experience.
Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it.Tracy’s working motto

She knows firsthand how a woman’s story gets rewritten in the hardest chapters, and she is taking those lessons to workshops and stages to help women get busy building their best lives yet.
Before you come
Something to write with, and your own yoga mat if you want one. The mat is optional, and there are chairs for anyone who would rather sit.
Any woman ready to pause, reconnect, and take the lead in her own story. You do not need to be going through anything in particular.
Publick House Historic Inn, 277 Main Street, Sturbridge, MA 01566. An inn that has been on that corner since 1771.
